Business Graduate Opens Glo Belly, A New Multi-Cultural Cuisine Restaurant in Downtown Timmins!

Timmins’ culinary scene has a vibrant new addition: Glo Belly, a restaurant offering a unique blend of multi-cultural cuisine, opened its doors six months ago and is already making waves among local food enthusiasts. The innovative eatery was co-founded by Imran Sinorwala, a proud graduate of Northern College’s Business program (Class of 2018), alongside his business partners.

Located in the heart of Timmins, Glo Belly celebrates diversity through its menu, featuring dishes inspired by flavors from around the globe. From aromatic Indian curries to Mediterranean delights and Asian fusion creations, the restaurant aims to bring people together through food.

Imran credits his time at Northern College for helping him develop the entrepreneurial skills needed to turn his vision into reality. “Northern gave me the foundation to understand business and the confidence to pursue my dream,” he shared.

Glo Belly has quickly become a local favorite, attracting customers eager to experience something new and exciting. With its warm atmosphere and globally inspired dishes, the restaurant is not just serving meals—it’s creating a cultural experience for the Timmins community.

Congrats, Imran! We are so proud of you and your team!
